In this lively and informative session, you’ll explore the global traditions of entomophagy—the practice of eating insects—as a sustainable and protein-rich food source embraced by cultures across the world. Guided by a knowledgeable ranger, you’ll gain insight into the nutritional, environmental, and historical significance of insect-based diets. And for those feeling bold…there’s an optional tasting flight!
