Step into the peaceful rhythms of the outdoors and awaken your sense of wonder during Wings & Wellness: Birding Basics with Esplanade. In collaboration with the Camden County Audubon Society, this morning outing offers Members a relaxing immersion into the art of birdwatching—led by a local Master Birder.
Whether you’re a budding bird enthusiast or simply seeking a serene morning in nature, this experience is designed to educate, inspire, and connect. As you explore the picturesque trails of Crooked River State Park, you’ll gain practical insights into birding techniques, learn to identify local species, and deepen your appreciation for the natural world. Join our Lifestyle Manager, Ryan, at the Nature Center.
Experience Includes:
• Guided birding walk with a Master Birder
• Introduction to local bird species and birding etiquette
• Nature connection and wellness moments throughout the trail
• Access to limited binoculars (first come, first served – personal binoculars encouraged)

Comfortable shoes, water bottle, sunscreen/hat, binoculars (if available)
