The Story
Esplanade Private Label Wine
About the maker | Jon Hirsch had a lifelong dream to prove that a great bottle of wine does not have to be out of reach from the everyday consumer and from that, Inception Wines was born. Inception Wines first produced three wines totaling 600 cases. As any good entrepreneur does, he aimed for the stars and got in front of a local Beverly Hills restaurant group and sold all 600 cases in the blink of an eye. From there his orders doubled year over year, now producing over 20,000 cases annually. As his winery production grew, so did his popularity and now Jon and Inception Wines boast clients such as The Wolfgang Puck Restaurant Group and Delta Airlines where his wines are poured exclusively for the Delta One Cabin.

Private Label Selections
Pinot Noir ~ With grapes grown in the renowned Santa Barbara County, this boisterous Pinot has a nose of dried tart cherries, black raspberries, oolong tea, and osmanthus flower, with a hint of sea salt. This dry and savory wine has good fruit concentration delivering solid tannin with well-balanced acidity.
Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve ~ This Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a great expression of what the region can deliver. This wine is full bodied with a robust nose of black cherry, warm spice and vanilla. On the palette you will also taste notes of smooth rich plum and dark berries, currant and espresso.
Chardonnay Reserve ~ Santa Barbara Country not only delivers great pinot noir but also boasts incredible chardonnay due to the chilly ocean air entering the valley from west to east. This wine boasts notes of candied citrus, gala apple, dried apricot, fleur de sel and butterscotch-starting out rich then settling with a nice acidity that frames the wine.
